We are legitimate licensed sellers of all of these items, therefore you are receiving brand new items. We do not sell used items or seconds.

• Shipping

Each listed item describes how the items are shipped and any special circumstances. We only ship items within the US.

Items that are shipped via USPS can be shipped to APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We do have some window film items that can be shipped to APO addresses. Please contact us beforehand if you are interested in a window film product and have an APO address.

Decal items are shipped via United Stated Postal Service but in rare circumstances decal items may need to be shipped via UPS. We will contact you if this is the case. We do not routinely use UPS for decal items due to shipping costs. We try to keep these costs reasonable for you.

Combined shipping fees are listed in the description of each item. Due to the large number of "No Pays" that we were receiving for our wall decal items, many of these listings are set up to require payment at the time of purchase. If you purchase more than one wall decal item at a time, we will combine shipping fees and refund your PayPal account the difference. Typically we prepare items for shipment as quickly as possible so if you purchase multiple items on different days shipping fees will probably not be combined as your first purchase has probably already been prepared for shipment. We would recommend that if you are purchasing multiple wall decal items you do so at the same time.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
